Step 4+5 Journaling

Keeping in mind that recognizing things we feel good about is as important as taking inventory of the things we feel shame about, tonight’s journal prompt is to first go through the list below and write out all the character traits that apply to you. Add more if they come to you. If you feel stuck, imagine your best friend or your dog describing you. Then pick one of them and spend the rest of the 10 minutes getting specific about the ways you live that characteristic. The more specific the better!
